Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you decide to return your order, you will be refunded the amount of your order, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which we received your withdrawal request.

We will then send you a returns slip which you must attach to your return package. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned products.

Defective product or incorrect delivery If you receive a defective product or if you have received an order different from the one you placed, we undertake to reimburse you in full for the amount of your order, including return costs. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any problems.
